Stress

Stress is something I know we all can't seem to shake. I'm in college, but even if you aren't in college stress is just a part of life. Speaking on my own experiences, between finishing school, deciding what my next step is after college, figuring out my love life, and trying to blossom into my better self, I just cant seem to catch a break. But one thing i've realized is that if you aren't stressed you probably aren't doing anything. The saying "you can't complain about having a lot on your plate when your goal is to eat" has to be one of the best sayings i've ever heard.
I am EXTREMELY hard on myself about everything, but thats good and bad. It's important to always keep in mind that everything your stressing over is only bits and pieces to something bigger. There is always light at the end of the tunnel and no matter what, your hard work is bound to pay off. All the great people we idolize have failed once or twice or even three times. Doors will close, but another will open. That boy may not like you, but his friend probably does. You may have lost a friend, but God makes no mistake, that friend is gone for a reason. You may not have money now, but you will get paid soon. But more than anything when the stress of life gets to hard, get on your two knees and pray because nobody can help you like God can!
